Buxton Little League will be holding its player assessment/tryout on Monday March 8th at the Bonny Eagle Middle School gymnasium form 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

 

Who must attend:

 

Majors league Tryout: The purpose of this tryout is for Majors coaches to draft players with the intent of filling roster spots. 

 

    Any 11 and 12 year old who wants to pay Majors and did not play Majors last year.

 

    All 10 year olds (regardless of whether they played Majors last year or not) looking to play Majors. 

 

AAA Assessment: This is not a tryout but a chance for the league to assess player ability and properly place them in either AAA or AA.

   

    Any  player 8-11 years of age who wants to possibly play for AAA.

 

The tryout/assessment will be run as follows:

 

    5:30 - 6:00   Check in

 

    6:00 - 8:00   The AAA assessment will be conducted first at 6:00 followed by be the Majors tryout.  If you are trying out for Majors you do not  have to participate in the AAA assessment.

Players must bring sneakers, no cleats are allowed and a glove.
