Major League
A league designed for players 10-12 year olds. This league is intended for those players who have prior experience at lower levels and have demonstrated an ability to play at the highest level of little league baseball.
AAA League
A league designed for children 9-10. This league is designed for those players who have have progressed beyond instructional "coach pitch" levels, but may not be ready to play at the Major League level with more physically developed players. Participating at this level allows children to experience "real baseball" play against other children of their own skill level and age. It also allows them to gain much more experience in positions that are typically not afforded to children of this age group (pitching, catching, and infield) at the Majors level.
*Any 8 to 12 year old players looking to play at either the AAA or Majors level will need to attend the tryout/assessments held later this spring to determine the best placement to help them develop their skills and confidence. 8 and 9 year olds are not eligible for Majors.
AA League
Our instructional “coach pitch” league designed for children 7-8 years old. Older players who would benefit from another year of AA may participate at this level. No tryout/assessment is required.
T –Ball League
Designed for children 5-6 years old. At this level, there are no tryouts and emphasis is placed on the basic fundamentals of the game. 7 year olds who would benefit from another year of t-ball may participate at this level. No tryout/assessment is required.
To accommodate the restructuring we will be going from 6 Major League teams to 4 and hopefully adding adding 4 AAA teams. AA (Instructional) teams will be reduced form 6 to 4 as well. T-Ball will remain unchanged. To ensure that teams are balanced Majors will conduct a complete *redraft of all players. What this means is that returning players may not be assigned to their previous years team and coach. However, all of our coaches are well versed in baseball and you can expect your child to receive the highest quality of instruction regardless of what team they play for.
